What our customers say
Hear how organisations are meeting their legal duty and building cultures where unacceptable behaviour gets challenged.
Training is now part of your legal defence
The Employment Rights Act raises the bar set by the Worker Protection Act. Employers now need to show they took all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment before it happens, not just respond once it has.
The EHRC’s statutory guidance names training as a key reasonable step. If a claim reaches tribunal, they will look at what training you provided, how often and how well. A one-off, one-size-fits-all module won’t hold up. Training needs to be interactive, refreshed regularly and tailored to different levels of seniority.
That’s exactly how our sessions are designed.

Sexual Harassment Training for Employees
Every employee has a part to play in a safe and respectful workplace. This session gives your staff a practical understanding of what sexual harassment looks like and what to do about it. By the end of the session, your staff will:
Understand what sexual harassment looks like in real workplace contexts - not just definitions
Recognise how behaviour can cross the line, including in hybrid and online environments
Identify higher-risk situations such as workplace socials, power imbalances, and client interactions
Know how to respond appropriately, whether they experience or witness something

Sexual Harassment Training for Managers
Managers are often the first person someone goes to. This session helps them understand their legal responsibilities, spot risk early and respond well. It’s tailored to your organisation, using your policies, reporting processes and real-world examples. By the end of the session, your managers will:
Understand their responsibilities when it comes to preventing and responding to sexual harassment
Recognise early warning signs and high-risk situations within their teams
Know how to respond to disclosures in a way that is supportive, appropriate, and aligned with policy
Feel more confident handling sensitive conversations without escalating risk

Sexual Harassment Training for Senior Leaders
Sexual harassment harms staff wellbeing, damages culture and exposes organisations to serious legal and reputational risk. This session equips senior leaders to assess risk and put prevention into practice. It’s informed by EHRC guidance and endorsed by the Fawcett Society. By the end of the session, your leaders will:
Understand where organisational risk sits, and how sexual harassment exposure develops over time
Recognise the role leadership behaviour plays in shaping culture and reporting confidence
Identify systemic risks across teams, environments, and ways of working
Make informed decisions about prevention, reporting, and organisational response
Why organisations choose Culture Shift
Our training is practical, not theoretical. Sessions use real-world scenarios that reflect the environments your people actually work in, and we bring your own policies and reporting routes into the room.
We keep pace with the law. Our trainers follow changes in policy, regulation and guidance closely, so your training reflects what’s expected of you now.
We understand what happens after someone speaks up. Alongside training, we provide reporting software that helps organisations handle concerns well, so our sessions are grounded in how reporting works in practice.
We work around you. Book a one-off session, or build a multi-year programme that keeps your training regular and your evidence up to date.
