Knowledge Forum 2027
The Culture Shift Knowledge Forum is a space for people who are serious about improving workplace culture, but don’t want the usual conference noise. It brings together practitioners, leaders and experts to share what’s really working, what isn’t, and what needs to change next. Expect honest conversations, practical insight and ideas you can actually take back into your organisation.
Highlights from 2026
The highlights from the 2026 event reflect the complexity and urgency of the work being done across sectors to tackle bullying, harassment and discrimination. From our opening plenary exploring what really happens after a report is made, through to deep dives into triage, case management, investigation and support, the day surfaced the practical realities behind organisational response.
Across breakout sessions, speakers explored everything from contextual readiness and organisational capability, to the tensions between rights, responsibilities and harm prevention. Sessions also examined disablist harassment and hate crime, restorative approaches in complex cases, and the evolving challenges of gender-based violence in practice.
The programme brought together leading voices from law, higher education, safeguarding, HR, psychology and advocacy - each contributing insight grounded in research, frontline experience and policy development. The result was a full day of focused, honest discussion on what it takes to build safer, more accountable cultures in practice, not just in principle.
Stay tuned for what’s in store for 2027!
