Learn & connect with the Community of Practice
Being responsible for responding to reports and culture change can feel isolating. It doesn’t have to be. The Culture Shift Community of Practice is an exclusive benefit for our customers, designed to bring together professionals working to create safer, more inclusive organisations. It’s a space where you can step outside your day-to-day role, connect with peers who understand the challenges, and gain practical insights you can actually use.

The community built around you
Our Community of Practice is designed to support you - when you need it, and how you need it.
Virtual events
Hear from guest speakers, explore a focused topic, and connect with peers each month. Expect open discussion, practical insights, and updates from the Culture Shift team.
In-person events
Dedicated time to step away from your day-to-day work and go deeper. These events focus on collaboration, shared problem-solving, and hands-on learning with peers and expert facilitator.

Online Community Network
Your always-on space for connection, questions, and shared learning - ensuring you have access to support whenever you need it, wherever you are.
Because doing this work in isolation is hard and unnecessary
Your work is nuanced, sensitive, and often high pressure - trying to navigate it alone slows progress and can increase risk. The Community of Practice gives you access to a trusted network of people facing the same challenges, so you can sense-check decisions, share experiences, and learn what works in real organisations. By joining our Community, you will:
Learn from real-world experiences across organisations
Gain practical ideas you can apply immediately
Build confidence in handling complex and sensitive issues
Stay up to date with emerging trends, legislation, and best practice
This isn’t just professional development, it’s your ongoing support network.

Meaningful networking with peers across organisations
