The role

At Culture Shift we develop technology that helps organisations to build places of work and study that are safe, happy and supportive for everyone, everywhere. We do this primarily through software that removes barriers to reporting harassment, bullying and discrimination by giving people a confidential platform to seek support and report experiences. Our clients have more insight than ever before to respond to harassment and bullying, but it's time to really shift culture and empower organisations to take a proactive and preventive approach.

Our values of Unshakeable Belief, Unstoppable Progress, Unending Support are visible across the business and in all our ways of working. We hire for culture add, never culture fit, looking for changemakers with the skills and passion to join our mission to positively change culture by building products that empower organisations to tackle harassment and bullying.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Culture Shift team to realise our creative, digital and strategic vision.

Freelance Trainers

The Freelance Trainers will assist the Training Manager to deliver Culture Shift’s external learning and development opportunities for current and prospective customers. Training content will focus on helping the organisations we work with to activate lasting culture change, building skills needed for early intervention and targeted prevention of harmful behaviours such as bullying, harassment and discrimination.

We are looking for an experienced training professional to deliver existing content to groups of participants both virtual and in-person. Delivery hours depend on sales and capacity within the team, but we anticipate an average of 5 hours per week.

  • Confidence speaking about the impact of harmful behaviours such as bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct at work
  • Excellent communication skills and experienced in working with a range of key stakeholders.

Fees: competitive, hourly rate will be provided for hours worked
