Justina Omotayo, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Slaughter and May

Justina is a diversity and inclusion professional with over twelve years’ experience within the professional services sector, she is highly attuned to the partnership environment and understands the importance of reputation, relationships and revenue. She is currently Diversity and Inclusion Manager in the Responsible Business Team at Slaughter and May where she is responsible for developing, implementing and driving the firm’s D&I strategy, she also seeks ways to collaborate with clients on D&I to affect sustainable change across the legal profession.

Justina is passionate about diversity and inclusion and a regular speaker on the topic with the ability to empower individuals, connect with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to build strong and influential relationships. In 2021, for the second consecutive year, Justina was listed on the EMpower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders List and in 2022 listed on the Top 20 Ethnically Diverse Global Women Role Models. She currently sits on the board as a director of the Black Solicitors Network.
