A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or an interest in a topic.

Who can attend the Community of Practice?

Culture Shift’s CoP is a partner exclusive space for practitioners to come together to fulfil both individual and group goals.

We open the doors to employees across organisations, regardless of whether they’re a platform user. Why? Because culture management is everyone’s responsibility.

We facilitate spaces for HR, Employee relations, Business Partners, Conduct and Complaints teams, EDI teams, and Wellbeing or Support staff.
