We were absolutely thrilled to recently be asked as guests onto Venturi’s Voice. This podcast is run by Manchester-based recruitment firm Venturi Group, and they wanted to know all about Culture Shift, and how we help businesses and universities assist their staff and students to report bullying & harassment through our anonymous reporting tool.

They wanted to highlight Culture Shift as the epitome of tech for good, making real, positive changes to people’s lives, by building products that empower organisations to tackle harassment and bullying – and we were very proud to talk more about this!

In the first half of the podcast, Gemma McCall, CEO of Culture Shift sat down with the Venturi team to discuss the story behind the business and our mission to tackle harassment and bullying. In the second half of the podcast, they caught up with Chris Northwood, our Head of Development, and Co-Founder and CTO Carl Sadd to talk about the technical side of the business, and our plans to scale Culture Shift in the months and years to come.
