Open Vacancy: Head of Culture Transformation Maternity Cover

We are looking for a fixed-term maternity cover for our Head of Culture Transformation. This role provides expertise and evidence-based advice, analysis and guidance on the prevention of and response to unacceptable behaviour. Working across all departments and with our partners to identify, tackle and prevent cultures of bullying, harassment and discrimination.
The Head of Culture Transformation leads a small team that provides high-quality training and a fantastically engaged community of practice. The team is strategically responsible for measuring the impact of our work with our partners and being subject matter experts.
Within the role you will also provide expert advice and guidance on complex equality, diversity and inclusion challenges faced by Culture Shift’s Partner network, within the framework of relevant legislation and regulation. You and your team will organise and deliver events that are at the forefront of progress in addressing unacceptable behaviours.
As a member of the leadership team you will report to the CEO and be part of the team that is responsible for the organisational strategy, ensuring that all departments are working towards shared goals to collectively achieve our mission to create places of work and study that are safe, supportive and happy.
Key deliverables in this role:
- Be a member of the leadership team
- Drive thought leadership and expertise within the organisation to ensure we fully understand the problems we exist to solve
- Influence solutions which centre victims/survivors, ensuring everyone feels a sense of belonging in their organisations
- Support the development of our products by bringing in the collective voice & experiences of our partner communities and expert advisors
- Deliver a holistic approach to culture transformation which enhances and complements our software.
- Demonstrating the value of partnering with Culture Shift and the impact it has.
- Use your expertise to guide long-term partner goals and empower them to make a demonstrable and lasting positive impact.
- Deliver the Culture Shift Annual Conference along with a cross organisational project team.
- Line manage the Training and Community Managers and support them to deliver their objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Public speaking and facilitation skills
- Project management experience
- Expertise in EDI, Bullying & Harassment
- Ability to digest and analyse complex information and data
- Line management experience

Salary band: £50,000 – £60,000
