OfS Condition E6 Train the Trainer

Get compliant ahead of 1st August 2025– join Culture Shift’s OfS Regulation Condition E6 Train the Trainer programme, to scale your institution’s training capacity and train your staff and students to become compliant with the Office for Students’ new regulation surrounding Sexual Misconduct and Harassment. 

This is a premium training programme for Higher Education professionals who are either training and/or supervising those facilitating Condition E6 sessions for staff and students, and for those who are directly facilitating Condition E6 sessions themselves. It will equip you with the knowledge and skills to be able to train student and staff facilitators effectively within your institution, ensuring that you become OfS compliant in this area.

The training will adopt a hybrid approach, with online delivery and an in-person skills development residential in Manchester. It will be delivered across April and May 2025.

At the skills development residential, participants will be given the opportunity to practice delivering training to a cohort and will be assessed on their ability to deliver, leading to accreditation at the end of the residential programme.
