Culture Shift Awards
Culture Shift is delighted to announce our inaugural awards. As we celebrate our 7th year partnering with organisations to address culture-damaging behaviours, we want to shine a spotlight on the outstanding efforts and achievements across our partner network. These awards are our way of recognising and celebrating the incredible work being done to foster positive change.
Nominations are now closed

The winners will be revealed during a ceremony following the Annual Conference in Manchester on Wednesday 19th March.
You can nominate yourself, someone else or a team as long as they are a partner of Culture Shift. You can make as many nominations as you wish. The nomination deadline is 11th February 4pm.
Each category will have 4 shortlisted nominations and 1 winner. The event takes place at 5:30-7pm on Wednesday 19th March in Manchester’s Pendulum Hotel.

Engagement
This award celebrates exceptional efforts to engage people in your activities, demonstrating transparency and building trust.
Have you gathered feedback or conducted evaluations? Have you worked to build a deeper understanding of the work you are doing in your organisation? Have you hosted any outreach events? Have you successfully promoted your reporting platform recently? Whether delivering your own campaigns or successfully rolling out one of the Culture Shift’s this award recognises your dedication to meaningful engagement.
Innovation
This award celebrates creativity and forward-thinking in addressing ongoing challenges.
Have you developed an innovative way to support people who have experienced bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct? Have you used a new method to build an inspiring strategy, program or tool to address culture-damaging behaviours? Have you taken bold steps in overcoming challenges and leading the way? Whether it’s implementing bold solutions, adopting novel methods, or leading the way with fresh ideas, this award recognises those who push boundaries to create meaningful change.


Collectivism
This award recognises an individual or a team who embodies community spirit and collaboration. People and teams who know they are stronger together.
Have you been working on a partnership between departments or with local organisations or charities? Maybe you want to nominate someone active in Culture Shift’s Community of Practice, someone who is always willing to answer questions, contribute ideas or hold space for others. Working to eliminate culture-damaging behaviours can’t be done in isolation and this award celebrates collective approaches.
Leadership
This award celebrates leaders who drive meaningful culture change. It recognises individuals who lead by example, amplify the voices of others, and champion positive change.
Do you know someone who speaks regularly about the impact of bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct? Is there someone who is consistently highlighting the importance of addressing these issues and helps to resource and shape the work? This award honours those who go above and beyond to inspire change and make a difference.
