Culture Shift have written this paper to build on the Office for Students (OfS) consultation which is currently on pause due to COVID-19 and to help you embed the changes that the OfS will likely require. If you haven’t read or responded to the consultation yet you can do that here.

This paper is a starting point for Culture Shift and the partners we work with. There have been a number of opportunities to listen and learn, and now it is time to act.
