Annual Conference 2025
Culture Shift’s 6th Annual Conference (previously known as the Knowledge Forum) is a full day hybrid event. An opportunity to hear from subject matter experts on a range of culture damaging behaviours. An opportunity to meet others who are working on policy, response, campaigns and support in relation to bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct and other unacceptable behaviours.

All attendees for the 19th of March (in person or online) will register through Zoom events, this platform provides access to an online conferencing hub detailing all sessions and speakers. It also allows you to make a profile to network before and during the event and to have access to session recordings after the event.
While this is primarily a partner event Culture Shift may invite non- partners to attend for a fee. Please ensure that you are booking the correct ticket type, incorrect tickets may be cancelled and have to be re-booked. Please see the ticket type and pricing information below. Culture Shift Awards
We’re delighted to announce that this year’s conference will host the first ever Culture Shift awards. There will be four categories that we’ll be announcing in the new year. The awards will be a sit down three course meal for just £30 per person, but places are limited to 50 people and are for partners only.
If you would like to join us for the awards on Wednesday 19th March from 7 – 10pm and help us celebrate the fantastic work you’ve been undertaking this year you will need to book through Ticket Tailor. Those who are shortlisted will be given a free ticket to attend.
Community of Practice
If you intend to stay for the Community of Practice day (which is in person only) on Thursday 20th March you will need to register separately through Ticket Tailor. This is only available to Gold, Advanced or Expert package partners and is limited to 2 participants per partner.
The conference hotel has rooms available to book directly with them or you can stay in one of the many other hotels across Manchester.

Please note that while some rooms at the venue feature natural light, not all do. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with the main conference room located on the lower ground floor, reachable via a ramp. Additionally, there is a lift connecting the entrance to the conferencing facilities. Some areas of the venue, are accessible via a platform lift or four steps; this includes the Momentum Room where our Community of Practice will be hosted.

No gender neutral bathrooms
Culture Shift is conscious that the event is taking place during Ramadan, the programme has been designed to allow for breaks during or as close to prayer times as possible. A prayer room can be provided on the day and arrangements can be made for making the conference catering available to take away at the end of the day for breaking fast. Please let us know on registration if you would like to access any of these accommodations.
